My background in fitness includes dance, pilates, yoga, running, cycling, swimming, weight training, CrossFit, Russian Kettlebells, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and American Tae Kwon Do (Kickboxing). I enjoy obstacle course, 5k and 10k races as well as sprint distance tri-and duathlons throughout the warmer months to challenge my fitness level and support local charities.

Training with me includes a variety of disciplines. The only way to change the body is to keep changing and challenging it's routine. Workouts are customized to meet the client's needs and interests.
My membership and certifications include: ACE, A.A.A.I./I.S.M.A., CrossFit, IDEA and RKC. These memberships, as well as attending annual fitness events keep me current with the latest fitness trends.
