Studio Update - Reminder - CrossFit



The studio is open for training and classes.

Due to so many of you being affected by Hurricane Sandy,
I've asked that you RSVP to training and classes.

Thank you for getting back to me and, for those of you who were able, coming in!

Just a reminder, the last day for the Margate location to be open is Friday, November 30.

Most of you know, I am now proud partner at CrossFit OTG
located at 3330 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Township.

My current CrossFit class schedule there is:
Monday: 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm
Thursday: 6:15am, 8:30am, 9:30am

I have not set up my training hours or kettlebells yet. But, I know we'll be doing that as well!

Come take a class on one of my days to get you acclimated
in the new setting and having fun doing something new!

Thanks for this great timetable. However, I would add that you should focus on dumbbell workout training and punching bag workouts. The first will build your muscle mass while second one will improve your body reflexes.
